- Experience in rules-based transaction processing in Medical billing / Claims processing / Insurance
- Excellent typing skills (Speed >30 wpm)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Willing to work in shifts

Account Receivable – Caller:
- Neutral accent with ability to converse naturally over phone
- Reasonable typing skills (Speed around 20 wpm)
- Experience in international call centers desirable
- Willing to work night shifts

Account Receivable - Analysts:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Should know about Accounts Receivable Concept
- Should have experience in analyzing denied claims, low paid claims, pending claims
|
Medical Coding Executives:
- Graduate in Life Sciences
- Experience in Medical Transcription desirable
- AAPC certification or exposure to CPT or other US Healthcare Coding Standards will be preferred
- Willing to work in shifts
